This is a very detailed French sea chart of the west coast of Scotland. The chart covers the coastline from "Cape Wrath" in the north to "Ardnamurchan Point" in the south. This includes a large part of the Scottish Highlands and the island groups of the Inner and Outer Hebrides. As a sea chart, it also includes typical navigation lines (rhumb lines) emanating from a central point. Longitude: The longitude data refers to the meridian of Paris, which was common for French maps of this period.
